MACHINING OF PTFE / TFM PARTS WITH METAL INSERT

Specialists in incorporating a metal insert during the Compression Phase of the Material, prior to the sintering process. This method improves the mechanical performance of the final piece, as the insert is not simply attached by pressure or adhesive.

We perform this insert placement process in materials such as PTFE, filled PTFE, and TFM. Once we have obtained the semi-finished product in the form of a bar or tube with the metal insert already included, we machine the final piece according to the customer's specifications.
