We machine Valve Seats in different materials, such as PTFE, PEEK, PTFCE, Graphite Carbon, among others. Each material offers a different working range, so depending on our clients' conditions, they choose the most suitable material for their valve.

PTFE, also known as TEFLON (Dupont), has excellent chemical resistance, very low friction, can withstand up to about 1000 psi, and its working temperature range goes from -45°C to 230°C.

PEEK is a high-strength polymer, and its ability to withstand high pressure and its temperature range make it an ally for the high demands of certain valves. It can withstand up to 6000 PSI, and its temperature range goes from -45°C to 250°C.

PTFCE is a chlorotrifluoroethylene homopolymer (with a chlorine atom), has high tensile strength and very good thermal characteristics, is flammable, and its resistance is up to 175°C.
